Phillips Coaching is looking to expand our excellent coaching staff!

Phillips Coaching offers mentorship in three levels depending on how much support and proximity someone wants. Our goal is always to create a structured container with clear expectations and outcomes. Once there has been an initial screening for fit, mindset, ethics, and sustainability, interested parties will be invited to review options.

• Excellent Interpersonal Skills

Preferred Qualifications to Consider:

• Masters or Doctorate Degree in Psychology, Education, Leadership or Similar

• Teaching License and Experience or Similar

• Experience working with Diverse Learners; Knowledge of IEPs and 504s

• Experience Coaching or Leading Individuals and Groups

• Experience with Therapeutic Practices in DBT, CBT, or Similar
